The current AI Inc. development build saves your game in your browser. It does not include a player account service, advertising SDK, or gameplay analytics service.
This policy covers the current AI Inc. browser development build, provided by FlexiMax Interactive. We will update it before introducing services that change how player information is handled.
Saves and preferences
AI Inc. stores manual saves, rolling autosaves, game records, and settings locally in your browser. Saves contain the simulated company and game state, along with information needed to identify and load each save. This information is used to resume your game and preserve your preferences.
The current build does not automatically send those saves or game records to FlexiMax. Company names and other text you enter remain part of the local game state. If you share a save or screenshot with someone, that copy follows the sharing method you choose.
Connections and permissions
The browser downloads the game, artwork, and audio from its host. The hosting service may process IP addresses and ordinary request information to deliver files and protect the service. The game does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or precise location.
The AI companies and model training inside AI Inc. are simulated gameplay. The current build does not send player prompts or game saves to an external AI model to run that simulation.
Keeping and deleting your game
Local data remains in that browser until you remove it or clear the game’s site data. Clearing site data removes saves, records, and settings and may be irreversible. Private browsing, browser cleanup, or device storage management can also remove local data. A copy you share or back up remains wherever you saved it.
FlexiMax cannot retrieve or erase a save that only exists on your device. If you send us a save or report for support, you can ask us to delete the copy we received using the contact below.
Support and privacy requests
Email support@fleximaxinteractive.com with the game name and your request. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate the issue, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, or full payment details.
We retain support information for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and exercise any other rights available under the law that applies to you. We may ask for enough information to verify a request.
Children and family privacy
Parents or guardians can contact us with questions about a child’s information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to FlexiMax, let us know so we can investigate and arrange removal where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the game’s data practices change. The date at the top identifies the current policy. Where required, a material change will also be explained in the game and any necessary consent requested.
