About Dropzone: Canyon Wings

A dedicated policy for this game

Dropzone: Canyon WingsPrivacy policy

Effective · FlexiMax Interactive

Your pilot progress stays on your device. Connected features use Apple Game Center, Apple in-app purchases, and Google AdMob.

This policy covers Dropzone: Canyon Wings for iPhone and iPad, provided by FlexiMax Interactive, including development and test builds.

Progress and information on your device

The game saves your pilot profile, aircraft, equipment, credits, mission results, preferences, and purchase-delivery records on your device so you can resume playing. FlexiMax does not operate a cloud-save service for this progress. Device backups you enable through Apple may contain app data.

You can export a pilot save or performance report using the game’s sharing controls. These files are shared only with the destination you choose. Opening a support or privacy link does not attach your save or a report.

Game Center and leaderboards

If you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity and submitted scores. Leaderboards can show your display name, rank, score, and game-related loadout information to other players. The game reads this information to display rankings. You can manage Game Center through your Apple device settings; ordinary play does not require a Game Center account.

Purchases

Apple handles payments for available in-app purchases, including Remove Ads and credit packs. The game receives product and verified transaction information to deliver purchases, restore eligible purchases, and handle refunds. It keeps a local delivery record to avoid granting a purchase twice. FlexiMax does not receive your full payment-card details.

Advertising and consent

Dropzone integrates Google AdMob for an optional ad-supported continue after a crash. Google’s consent service checks which privacy choices apply before advertising requests are allowed. An eligible ad may be loaded in advance, so Google services can receive information before you choose to watch it. Test builds use Google test ads; test mode does not mean that no information is processed.

Google may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance measurements. This supports advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service reliability. The information available depends on consent, device permissions, and service settings.

Where a consent form applies, you can make your choices there and revisit Ad privacy choices in the game when available. You can also manage app tracking permissions in iOS Settings. Declining an optional ad does not stop ordinary gameplay. Remove Ads suppresses ad offers; it does not delete records already held by a service.

Keeping and deleting information

Local progress remains until you remove the app’s data or delete the app. Offloading an app can preserve its data. Exported files and backups are separate copies that you manage yourself. Removing local progress does not delete Apple purchases or published Game Center scores.

Apple and Google retain the information they process under their own policies. Use their privacy controls for records they hold. For information you have sent directly to FlexiMax, including support messages, use the privacy contact below to request access, correction, or deletion.

Support and privacy requests

Email support@fleximaxinteractive.com with the game name and your request. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to send. We retain support information for as long as needed to resolve the request, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and exercise any other rights available under the law that applies to you. We may ask for enough information to verify a request.

Children and family privacy

Parents or guardians can contact us with questions about a child’s information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to FlexiMax, let us know so we can investigate and arrange removal where appropriate.
